Introduction

Subsequent to the GIC2013 Conference a group of Canadians came together for an inaugural chat about creating an implementation science group in Canada.

This survey is intended to help us to further develop our thinking and scope. Please take a moment to answer the questions below.

The survey report will be distributed on the www.ktecop.ca website and our Basecamp space.

A meeting will be scheduled to further the discussion.
