Dear colleague,

We kindly ask you to fill out this questionnaire on Traumatic Shock. The purpose of this survey is to describe the current practice in the initial management of patients with traumatic haemorrhagic shock in Europe. We do believe the practices are quite different from one country to another. This would be the first step to create a potential network of clinical research in this topic.
There are 52 questions and it takes approximately 10 minutes to complete the Survey.

Thank you very much for your contribution.
