Welcome to the 2014 Vital Signs Survey for Essex

For this year's survey we have chosen to focus on Education, Skills and Learning.

Please do try and answer all the questions based on your personal experience of where you live and work within Essex.

Although we appreciate your interest in completing the survey, we are only able to collect responses from residents of Essex, Southend or Thurrock.

As appreciation to those that have completed this survey by answering all questions, we will select, at random, two respondent's names whose organisation's (that you work for or volunteer for) will each receive a donation of £100 towards their charitable activity.
