Introduction
Citizens Advice would like your help in investigating the issues faced by prospective Employment and Support Allowance claimants in obtaining and paying for medical evidence, as part of the Work Capability Assessment.
This is with a view to working with DWP and medical professionals to develop methods of providing and funding the provision of medical evidence which do not disadvantage claimants, medical professionals or the taxpayer.
We have developed a short survey to collect evidence on this issue, and would appreciate five minutes of your time to find out more about your experiences. This information will be used in anonymised, aggregate form only unless you offer specific permissions for alternative usage.
