College of Engineering
Scholarship Application for 2016-2017*
*Do not apply if you are graduating Spring or Summer 2016.
Directions:
Complete and submit forms in the following order:
1. For Freshman and Transfer students only: Complete and submit the application for a UNR scholarship online at www.finaid.unr.edu (deadline is February 1 for the following academic year).
2. Complete FAFSA application at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/ (required to prove financial need). For non-FAFSA eligible students, visit the Financial Aid website for further instructions.
3. Between November and February 1 of each year, to be considered for any institutional scholarship including departmental scholarships, continuing UNR students must complete the scholarship application in MyNEVADA: go to Student Center, Supplemental Forms, Scholarship Application.
4. For ALL students: Complete the College of Engineering scholarship application (deadline is
March 1, 2016 for the 2016-2017 academic year). This information will be used to assist the College of Engineering Scholarship Committee to determine your eligibility for College specific scholarships.
Award Notifications:
If you receive an award, it will be posted to your MyNevada account under the Finances section of the Student Center.
