This survey asks you to self-rate the maturity and importance of key IT capabilities at your institution. The IT Forum developed these capabilities in partnership with university executives across North America.
WHAT YOU GET FOR COMPLETING THE SURVEY
To thank you for your thoughtful responses, the IT Forum will send you a customized report showing how your reported maturity and importance ratings for key IT capabilities compare to member institutions across North America. You can expect to receive this report within four weeks of completing the survey.
If multiple individuals at your institution fill out the IT Functional Diagnostic and want to compare internal responses (e.g., in preparation for a strategic planning session), please contact your EAB Dedicated Advisor or contact us directly at swinslow@eab.com.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO COMPLETE THE SURVEY?
Please allow approximately one hour per individual. IT leaders will be asked to provide some high-level facts associated with IT’s budget, staff size, and reporting lines.
