Every 5 years, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requires communities that receive federal funding for housing and community development activities to analyze barriers to housing choice. This survey is part of a current study to identify potential barriers to housing choice in Douglas County. Residents of the county and housing and social service professionals and residents of the county are being offered the opportunity to participate in this process and complete a survey.
