Understanding change

Hello, we are Jump in Puddles.

We are working with Dorothy House to understand how we can support the process of strategic change across the organisation.

We have put together a survey which will take between 5 - 10 minutes to complete. It is made up for 5 key change areas with related statements that you will be asked to score, using an appropriate scale ie 0 strongly disagree - 5 agree.

Thank you for taking the time to complete the questions.

We look forward to meeting you soon.
