Scaling up Proficiency Based Graduation in Rhode Island’s Secondary Schools Network Initiative

Thank you for your interest in the Scaling up Proficiency Based Graduation in Rhode Island’s Secondary Schools (SPBG) Network initiative. The purpose of the SPBG initiative is to assist selected secondary schools and districts in implementing high quality assessment systems with fidelity. The SPBG initiative will build the capacity of teacher leaders, building administrators and school officials across the state to lead this work in their respective schools and to serve as resources for neighboring school districts.
The goal of this questionnaire is to assess your school’s readiness and commitment to participate in this initiative and become a member of the SPBG Network. Your responses will be used to inform the coaching, workshops and webinars that are part of the initiative to best meet the needs of participating schools and districts.
