Welcome and thank you!
Welcome, and thank you for your participation in this survey. The survey is designed to help the Center for Urban Families (CFUF) determine the best mix of offerings it makes available through the Practitioners Leadership Institute (PLI). Your input through this survey will be instrumental in helping the PLI team to provide offerings that help you do your important work in your community.
There are 28 questions and you can expect to spend 8 to 10 minutes completing the survey. Upon completion of the survey, you have the chance to win a scholarship to the next PLI Summit taking place in March 2015! (Summit Scholarship is valued up to $700 and includes registration fee, round-trip travel expenses, and hotel accommodations).
