MO 500-3016
As part of the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) required monitoring process, the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (Department) uses this document as a tool to monitor and strengthen statewide administration of the Missouri Assessment Program’s Assessing Comprehension and Communication in English State-to-State for English Language Learners (ACCESS For ELLs) Assessments. The questions are designed to focus attention and help districts examine important areas of assessment training, administration, and test security.
The following are components of the self-monitoring and quality assurance processes:

• review of documents.
