What is a DV8?
DV8 students are Peer Educators who will create and deliver wellness-related programs to Drew Students and link them to campus events and resources.
Requirements
2.5 minimum GPA
Good social standing
Complete application due by 4/21
Two references, one must be Faculty/Staff, one can be either Faculty/Staff or an Officer of a club or organization in which you are involved, see form, also due by 4/21
Participation in interviews as scheduled.
A total of 12 students will be selected.
Mandatory Training and events if selected
Pre-semester training (return to campus 1-2 days before official move in for fall)
Weekly meetings during academic year
Time and day to be determined
Will focus on program development and implementation
Participation in the development or delivery of at least 2 programs a semester.
