HAYMARKET MEDIA BLANKET PROMOTIONS AND SURVEYS Terms and Conditions
How to enter:
All participants must answer all questions and provide all personal details requested in order to be eligible to go into the prize draw to be a winning entrant. Participation is offered free of charge. The prize is $500 cash.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Information on how to enter and on the prize form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, participating outlets and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the promotion process or for submitting a promotion entry, which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
4. Multiple same name/email entries are not permitted.
5. The promotion is open from EST 9am, Monday 5th November 2012. Entries close EST midnight, Friday 11th January 2013.
6. The prize draw will take place at Haymarket Media Pty Ltd, 50 Victoria St, McMahons Point, Sydney NSW 2060 at EST 9am, Monday 14th January 2013.
7. The winner will be notified on EST 10am, Monday 14th January 2013. The winner will be notified by telephone and email or in writing at the contact details provided in the promotion. The winner should allow up to 30 days after notification for registered postal receipt of their prize. There is no requirement for the prize to be collected; the prize will be delivered at Haymarket’s expense, to the winner.
8. The promoter reserves the right to publish the winner's names, suburb and state for promotional purposes.
9. There is $500 available to win. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
10. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
11. Should the prize not be claimed in the circumstances of the email or delivery address being incorrect, additional attempts will be made to re-contact the winner by other means. If however these are unsuccessful, the prize will be redrawn by the same method. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw, Haymarket Media Pty Ltd, 50 Victoria St, McMahons Point, Sydney NSW 2060, to redistribute any unclaimed prize/s. Unclaimed prize draw/s will take place no sooner than three months after the original draw date, in order to redistribute any unclaimed prize/s.
12. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this promotion, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the course of the administration of this promotion. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
13. Any costs associated with accessing the www.bit.com.au website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
14. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid.
15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner (and companions) may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
16. All entries will become the property of Haymarket Media Pty Ltd.
