Managed Care for People with Disabilities and Seniors:
Information and Technical Assistance Needs Assessment Survey for Advocates

The Disability Rights Education and Defense Fund (DREDF), in collaboration with the Center for Personal Assistance Services at the University of California, San Francisco is conducting this survey. Please help us understand what types of tools and information you, as disability and senior advocates, require to participate effectively with states, health plans, and community organizations as states move to managed healthcare and long-term services and supports (LTSS) systems for people with disabilities and seniors. Who should complete the survey?

Anyone may complete the survey who is either concerned about or working to ensure that the rights of low-income people with disabilities and seniors to appropriate, effective healthcare and long-term services and supports (LTSS) are preserved and advanced as some states take steps to enroll this large group in managed healthcare and LTSS.
