The other week the Government decided not to implement in full the Pay Review recommendation for a pay rise for NHS staff.
Only the 40 % of staff at the top of pay bands will receive a one off award of 1%. The majority of the staff who are employed in the NHS will receive nothing at all. The government wants to continue to restrain health service pay next year.
We want your views to gauge opinion, in confidence of course.
The results will allow the unions leadership to decide on what action UNISON should be taking in response to this pay offer.
