DPD is conducting a survey of our customers regarding a new system for electronic plan submittal and review that we hope to make available to all applicants by the end of 2012. The survey is intended to identify potential areas of concern to regular or one-time applicants and to ensure that the system can be widely accessed by all of our customers.
