Listing and annotation: Whey protein concentrate
Use: As a nonorganically produced agricultural products allowed as an ingredient in or on processed products labeled as “organic" only when the product is not commercially available in organic form.
Common applications: Whey Protein Concentrate is used in cultured dairy and yogurt products. Used in frozen yogurt products to maintain the physical texture and consistency that would otherwise be contributed by the fat.
