You are invited to participate in a research project designed to provide feedback on the overall student satisfaction here at Montana Tech. The questions pertain to academics, the one-stop shop, parking, athletics, housing, food services, the library, career services, the tutoring center, and more. As a student at Montana Tech we ask for you to take this survey. Your honest responses to the questions are greatly appreciated and valuable in concluding results. Your time and consideration for taking this survey is much appreciated. The results of this survey will be presented to Chancellor Blackketter and the rest of the administration of Montana Tech on December 14th. Participation is voluntary, and your responses will be kept anonymous.
There are 93 questions which should take you about 15 minutes to complete the survey. If at any time there is a question you wish not to answer you have the option to skip the question. If at anytime you wish to no longer complete the survey you may do so. Participation or nonparticipation will not impact your relationship with Montana Tech of The University of Montana. Submission of the survey will be interpreted as your informed consent to participate and that you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
