The DISCOVER Partnership of Cameron and Elk Counties is an initiative aimed at connecting businesses, schools and community agencies in the area. This partnership is spearheaded by members of the Community Education Council, Workforce Investment Board and local chambers of commerce,as well as a representative from each of the local schools and business sectors.

The initiative is funded in part through the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development’s Discovered in PA, Developed in PA program.

By working together, we can ensure that our communities thrive.

Partners will work together to :

1. Strengthen the future workforce by providing intense career education to local students and introducing them to employment opportunities in the area

2. Develop a marketing strategy to aid local businesses in recruiting talented workers.
