DGSOM Diversity Statement Survey
David Geffen School of Medicine (DGSOM) Diversity Survey
Dear faculty, students, staff and residents at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA:
The purpose of the survey is to develop a diversity and inclusion statement for the David Geffen School of Medicine (DGSOM) at UCLA that reflects the values and goals of the community. In preparation for the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) accreditation report, we realized that our current diversity statement, last updated in 1997, was written for medical students only. The goal is to capture opinions and solicit ideas from all faculty, staff, students, and residents of the DGSOM to guide the development of the new diversity mission statement. The survey will be available until June 1, 2012.
Participation in this study is confidential and voluntary. All data will be reported in aggregate form. This survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
Thank you for your participation.
