The primary objectives of this national survey are

  1. 1.to review the average administered activities, and
  2. 2.to assess trends in the frequency of different nuclear medicine procedures.

The data from this questionnaire will be kept confidential and will only be used in a manner that preserves the anonymity of each contributing department and hospital. This survey is based on the UK nuclear medicine survey by David Hart and Barry F. Wall, conducted in 2003 – 2004 and published in Nuclear Medicine Communications, 2005, vol. 26, nr. 11, p. 937-946.

Please beware that the input data will be temporarily stored in cookies.
