CityLinkLA Business Survey

CityLinkLA invites you to participate in this brief survey as part of our research on the need for high-speed broadband among businesses of all sizes in the City of Los Angeles. 

This information is being collected by the City of Los Angeles exclusively for the purpose of demonstrating the need for high-speed broadband among businesses in the City. This information will not be used to solicit your business in any way and individual responses will not be shared with other entities.

Our aim is to better understand your level of satisfaction with your current Internet service, the degree to which broadband impacts the success of your business, barriers to access that stand in the way of your progress, and the ways in which better broadband will benefit the development and growth of your business. The results of the survey will be summarized on CityLinkLA.org to aid broadband and Wi-Fi providers as they consider their response to a request for proposal from the City of Los Angeles to build advanced communications networks.

At the end of the survey, you will have the option to add the name of your business to the rapidly growing list of supporters across the City that agree that it is time for our businesses and residences to have advanced communications networks that provide high-speed, high-quality and affordable broadband along with more robust Wi-Fi networks city-wide. The advantage of being listed as a supporter is that it may allow potential bidders to confirm that there is demand for advanced services, which may make competitive entry more likely. But being listed as a supporter is not mandatory.

This survey should be completed by the person who makes purchasing decisions on Internet services for your business. We respect and value your time and thus have design this survey to take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.
