S&CCS_Commmunity Arts Organization Survey

This survey is intended for organizations or individuals who deliver the Arts. Within the survey, these groups are referred to as Community Organizations. The purpose of this survey is to get a better idea of the landscape in the arts and to learn more about the current practices and the needs in Schools and Community Organizations. This survey is assessing partnerships that happen within the school day and outside of the school day. The information from this survey will be used to develop a Comprehensive K – 12 Arts Plan within Seattle Public Schools, which will include a framework to improve how schools and Community Organizations work together to support students. All answers will be kept confidential.
