Introduction

The Clee Hill Partnership has begun the process of putting a substantial bid in to the Heritage Lottery Fund for a grant to enhance the natural and cultural heritage of the hill - for locals and visitors alike.

All the members of the Partnership have been given the opportunity to be a part of the joint bid: they include the Commoners' Association, Titterstone Clee Heritage Trust, the Clee Hill Wardens, several local and county wildlife groups including the Clee Hill Community Wildlife Group, parish councils and Shropshire Council, The Friends of Clee Hill Village Forum, Shropshire Hills AONB Partnership and national bodies such as Natural England and English Heritage.

If the bid is successful, the funding will directly benefit the hill and the area immediately around it; roughly speaking from Bitterley to Hopton Wafers and Clee Downton to Nash.

We would like to know what you think about the ideas which have already been put forward, and to find out if you'd like to get involved.

Please complete this form. One survey per person only, please!
