Cattaraugus County adopted its first Comprehensive Plan in 1978. The County is updating this document which guides development across the County. A Comprehensive Plan is a vision of the future of the County in 15 to 20 years. It should include an emphasis on protecting the positive aspects of the County and some goals to address the issues that the County faces. We are asking for public input on the Plan with this survey.
