This evaluation form is open to all to provide feedback on the exercise.
Every officially designated National Contact or Tsunami Warning Focal Point for the Member States and Territories within the UNESCO ICG CARIBE EWS framework should complete this form.
The online survey also provides a shortened version for individuals and other organizations to submit their own evaluation.
This CaribeWave/Lantex 15 Evaluation Form should be submitted online using this URL no later than 9 April 2015.
