This short self-assessment has been developed to help you review how you keep in touch with your clients (and gain new ones!)

It will assist you in preparing for our workshop "Effective promotion - using what's already in your kitchen cupboard".

(Being held at the CRC Cluster Meeting in at Katanning)

It should take around 11 mins (1 cuppa or 3 emails) to complete.

PS - I've used the generic term of 'clients', as the people we need to stay in touch with will vary between roles.
PPS - This survey is an example of one way to stay in touch with clients!
PPPS - Be patient - the answers you provide will give you important clues on topics to use when contacting your clients!
