At South East Water we are continually renewing and laying new water mains to ensure water flows to our customers taps 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Unfortunately, maintenance work such as this requires the need to undertake work in the highway, sometimes under road closure, other times under temporary traffic lights.

We need to ensure that local residents, businesses, community groups and stakeholders are informed of this work.

On the next few pages are a number of scenarios and a series of questions asking how you would best like us to tell you about each type of work. From your answers we will able to gauge whether the communications we currently undertake is what our customers expect of us or whether alternative communications is required.
