Course Transformation Lite (CTP Lite)
A Vision 2020 Initiative

The Office of the Vice Provost requests proposals from faculty to participate in the Course Transformation Lite, which is funded through Vision 2020. CTP-Lite is a program branched off the larger CTP concept. It provides support for faculty to enrich their courses through innovative design. The goal of the program is to increase the number and scope of courses that incorporate effective and engaging instructional strategies to provide a higher level of learning for students and support academic success. This is the first year of what is intended to be a multi-year initiative. CTP Lite Faculty will transform a unit or lesson from their particular course during the summer and teach it the upcoming fall or spring semester. The CTP Lite courses will incorporate engaged learning techniques in order to enhance student learning outcomes.

All proposals must be received by 4:30 PM on Friday, March 8, 2013.
