1. Why a Survey?

As part of local developments in promoting mental health services (PROMHS) and the work undertaken through Siaradwn Ni (Big lottery funded programme) we are looking to gain an understanding and track changing attitudes to mental health across Bridgend and Neath and Port Talbot.
This is the second questionnaire of its kind. The first survey was undertaken in June 2011.
For a chance to win a one night break and meal for 2 people at Bryngarwn Park, please take 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
You will be required to imagine you have a been diagnosed with a mental health illness. You will then need to consider how YOU think your friends, loved ones and colleagues would react if you disclosed this to them.
As part of developing our understanding further, you will also be required to consider how you would feel about seeking help.
All responses are totally anonymous and confidential. If you wish to be entered into the free prize draw your contact details will not be shared with any third party and will be distroyed following the closing date of the survey.
