KAFP is excited to build upon our Faces in Family Medicine Program for the 2014-15 school year! This year, we will host dinner for pre-med students at KU in addition to our annual meals with medical students from all three KU School of Medicine campuses (Kansas City, Wichita and Salina).

FIFM includes a mentorship opportunity for students, which utilizes asynchronous communication like social media and email, and also includes the opportunity for personal mentoring through shadowing.

Expectations from mentors include:
• A commitment to mentor for one school year
• Four social media or email contacts during the year (one per quarter)
• An offer for shadowing experience in your practice
• Attend a FIFM dinner close to you (optional)

Thank you for answering this short survey about your interest in participation!
