Membership Overview
The Colorado Practitioners Network for Fathers & Families (CPNFF) is a coalition of practitioners, fathers, administrators, and other stakeholders committed to enhancing services across the state that will result in the children of Colorado having long-term healthy relationships with their father or a father figure. The mission of the Network is to collaboratively work to initiate, promote and support services that decrease barriers to and increase healthy father involvement with children, families and communities.
The Network seeks to accomplish its mission by:
* Building the profession of fatherhood practitioners and service providers working to increase the healthy involvement of fathers in the lives of their children;
* Providing opportunities for networking and information sharing among fatherhood practitioners, service providers and other interested stakeholders;
* Supporting community-based programming and services;
* Promoting the establishment and expansion of effective and ethical fatherhood programs;
* Increasing the public awareness of fatherhood issues;
* Providing leadership and direction on fatherhood issues;
* Maintaining information on, promoting and encouraging fatherhood activities in Colorado;
* Working to ensure safety and well-being of Colorado’s children and families across communities and culture while respecting family diversity.
CPNFF is comprised of a Leadership Team, Work Teams, Task Forces and Forums which inform community agencies throughout the state of the need and benefit of providing services to fathers and the importance of father-friendly services.

General Membership
General membership is open to any individual and/or group that participates in at least two-thirds* of the regularly scheduled meetings in person or by phone and commits to endorse and actively promote CPNFF's vision, mission and priorities. General Membership is renewed on an annual basis.
*Exceptions made for reasonable circumstances.
