Start: Lunch, Thursday, 3rd November 2011; close 4pm, Friday 4th November 2011. Venue: Barcelo Edinburgh Carlton Hotel, North Bridge, Edinburgh.

Rate for full event including lunch x 2, dinner, overnight accommodation: £130.

Rate for Thursday only, including lunch: £40.
Rate for Friday only, including lunch: £50 (please note that the combination of these is possible).
If attending dinner in addition to day rate, add: £20.

Invoices: Please note that bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis and your place cannot be confirmed until full payment has been received.

Cancellations: In the event of non-attendance, the conference fee will still be payable. A 50% refund will be given if written cancellation is received and confirmed by SCDC at least 14 days before the event.
