Consumer Health Classes - December 10-11, 2013

Registration

NN/LM PSR is hosting a new series of in-person consumer health workshops. The first set of these classes will be held December 10-11, 2013 in the PSR training lab, which is located on the 12th stack level of the UCLA Louise M. Darling Biomedical Library in Los Angeles.

The classes will run from 9am-12noon and 1pm-4pm each day. Lunch will be on your own. A cafeteria, coffee shop and nearby cafes are available for breaks and lunch.

Each class is eligible for 3 units of MLA CE and CHIS – the Consumer Health Information Specialization. Participants who attend all four classes will earn 12 CHIS-eligible CE credits, which is the number of CE required to apply for the CHIS specialization through MLA.

You may come to any or all of the classes, but you must register. There is no cost to attend this training. More details about the classes are available at http://guides.nnlm.gov/psr/CHIS.
