1. Information and Knowledge of Health Services

The Nothern NSW Local Health District Community Engagement Advisory Council is keen to seek your input into community access to knowledge and information of Health Services and Health related information which could include:

- information on health conditions, chronic illness and treatment options
- information on medication and side effects
- information on local health services and providers
- information about a service that is being planned, about to commence or is already currently available

Please note questions are seeking response of a general nature and do not involve disclosure of personal health information.
