Your answers will help us to better serve children and families by helping us understand the program’s strengths and where we can improve. This survey should take 10-15 minutes to complete.

Results from this survey will be shared in a self-assessment report in May. If there are more than 10 responses for your site, a summary of all responses for your site will be shared with your site. This will provide useful information about strengths and areas for improvement for our Early Learning sites.
