Steps for becoming a registered client of CultureLink Mentorship Program

CultureLink Mentorship Program is funded by Government of Canada. We abide by privacy laws and regulations. We don't collect any client information that is irrelevant to the services we provide. All information we collected in the registration process will be kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside of the program without your formal consent.
Here are the Steps to complete your registration:

Step One: Please fill out this online form.
Step two: Once you have completed the form and submitted it online, you will be invited to various free events CultureLink Mentorship Program hosted regularly. You can choose different events to sign up. When you come to the first event, please bring your Permanent Resident (PR) card and show it to our Program Worker.
Step three: All newcomers may be required to sit with one of our program workers for 20 to 30 minutes to do an initial need assessment. This is for us to understand your needs so that we can better serve you.

Only registered clients will have the privilege to select and be matched with a volunteer mentor. Also only registered clients will receive invitations for events of limited capacities. Almost all our signature Career Mentoring events are for registered client only. Please make sure you register as a newcomer client for the mentoring programs that interest you.

Note: If you are an existing client with CultureLink Mentorship Program (CCMP) and you already have submitted a hard copy registration form. You will be automatically accepted as a registered client and you can update your information and indicate your new program interests by filling out this form. If you have any questions, please contact Jai Bharat at 437-770-5004 or email at jbharat@culturelink.ca.

We thank you for your cooperation.
