Consultation Questionnaire

This questionnaire aims to provide you with an opportunity to comment on the following draft documents which have been produced by Derry City Council :

• Draft Corporate Plan 2011/15
• Draft Audit of Inequalities
• Draft Equality Scheme and draft Equality Action Plan 2012/15

All the documents can be viewed and downloaded from the Council's website www.derrycity.gov.uk/publicconsultation

It is intended that through this questionnaire you will have an opportunity to put forward your views to help finalise the above documents. You may answer as many or as few questions as you wish.

(Please note that all responses will be treated as public and may be published on the Council's website. If you do not want your response to be used in this way, or if you prefer it to be used anonymously, please indicate this when responding.)
