This survey is to gain an understanding of the interest pastors and lay pastors have in a retrat/conference aimed at equipping and networking pastors to deal with the end time apostasy and troubles that face the remnant church.  This survey has 5 question ans should take no more than 2 minutes to complete.  For Pastors and Lay Pastors only please.
