Introduction

4% of survey complete.
This questionnaire is about how you deal with and remember everyday work situations.

During the course of this survey you will get practise and feedback in answering and understanding business situation judgement questions.

This questionnaire consists of a number of parts and will take about 40 minutes to complete. Please make sure you have enough time to complete this in one session.

The results will be used as part of a research project examining the way people think about situations and the kinds of factors that influence the way they respond to them.

The results collected from this study will be held for up to ten years at the University of Surrey. Some biographical details about you are asked but the record of results will be anonymised.

Biographical details are collected to find out how representative study participants are of the population. The survey has been reviewed and has been given a favourable ethical opinion by the University of Surrey Ethics Committee.

The remainder of this questionnaire consists of the following three parts:

Part 1: Biographical questions and how you describe yourself - this will only take 5 minutes!
Part 2: Practise in making situational judgements in business situations with feedback - takes about 15 minutes.
Part 3: Try out what you have learnt with a new set of business situations - another 15 minutes.

When you have completed the survey you will be given more feedback.
