The City of Bellevue Parks Department and the Bridle Trails Community Club are working together to develop a future vision for a recently acquired park site located at 4432 140th Ave NE. Help plan the future park by submitting your ideas in the following survey.
The parcel is located on the east side of 140th Ave. NE just south of Bellevue Municipal Golf Course. It is 1.65 acres in size and abuts a City owned Utility parcel to the east. This recently acquired residential home site, know as the Ginzberg acquisition, slopes gently to the east. With the exception of a few remaining trees, the site has been cleared with open territorial views east to the adjacent wetlands. The eastern most 1/5 of the parcel is designated wetland buffer.
