Many thanks for taking the time to complete our branch quarterly report form. On this form we ask for details about:
- Branch events (locations, target audience and audience figures)
- Committee changes (any members stepping down, and details of any new volunteers)
- Fundraising activity (information on any donations, in kind support or grants)
- Branch feedback (details of any comments, concerns and support needed)
For ease of use, you may want to nominate one branch member to complete the form once you have gathered all the information you need. If you want to take a break from filling in the form, just click “save” to save your responses. You can then return to the form and pick up from where you left it.
