4:30 - 6:00pm Ebola in West Africa. Join us as a panel of experts featuring Martin Cetron, MD (CDC lead for Ebola), Elizabeth Talbot, MD (recently returned from East Africa), Lu’aie Kailani MD and Susan Amundsen, MSN, APRN of the CDC collectively discuss the Ebola crisis.

4:00 – 5:00pm Prof. Jonathan Chipman. Join us for an interactive simulation that maps a disease "outbreak".Learn more about how diseases spread and their political and social repercussions.
5:00 – 6:00pm Peer Led Dinner Discussion. Join us for a peer led dinner discussion reflecting on the campus talk, the interactive simulation, as well as the dangers of disease sensationalism in the media.

Lots of great information, resources of related classes, clubs, internships, etc… will be provided following final discussion—PLUS, we raffle off great prizes for those who make it to the whole series!
