Welcome to the annual WTA Administrator Survey. Thank you for taking the time to participate. Please complete this survey at home or on another non-district computer. Only one survey may be completed per computer.

Question Title

* Guidance for Making Comments

This survey will include a comments section that will allow you to make observations about your administrators. You are encouraged to write comments about an administrator’s performance, both positive and negative. Additionally, please make suggestions or recommendations that you feel will improve situations that concern you.

Do not use the comments section to make remarks of a highly personal nature, or to make allegations of illegal or unethical activity. By doing so, you open both WTA and yourself to possible legal action. In such a circumstance, your anonymity cannot be guaranteed. WTA will remove these types of comments before the results of this survey are distributed to administration.
