Thanks for giving your time to complete this survey, it will assist on the evaluation of GreenWorks courses so we can improve them as well as assisting with my research project.

This research is being conducted by Grainne O’Driscoll (BSocSc Youth and Community Work 3) at University College Cork.

The purpose of this study is to "Evaluate the benefits of a Labour Market Activation Funded training course, specifically the GreenWorks FETAC courses on life-long learning"

I give my consent to participate in Grainne O’Driscolls research study which is titled, "Evaluate the benefits of a Labour Market Activation Funded training course, specifically the GreenWorks FETAC courses on life long learning".

Details of Project:

This is a 3rd year research project as part of my degree in Youth and community Work in UCC. The purposes of the research are to
- Identify Labour Market activation policies
- Evaluate the knowledge of labour market activation courses with participants.
- Evaluate the benefits of participating in GreenWorks courses.
- Motivations for doing the course
- Expectations once the course is completed.
- Comparing the GreenWorks course experience to other learning environments.

I understand that my participation is entirely voluntary and I can withdraw consent at any time without repercussions.
I understand that I can withdraw permission to use the data within two weeks of the focus group/interview, in which case the material will be deleted.
I understand that anonymity will be ensured in the write-up by disguising my identity.
I understand that disguised extracts from my interview may be quoted in the dissertation and any subsequent publications.
