Ebola Preparedness Follow Up

Thank you for agreeing to participate in this survey. The Ohio Nurses Association and the Ohio Hospital Association, along with the Ohio Department of Health and Governor Kasich, have been working hard to ensure nurses, healthcare workers, healthcare facilities and the community are prepared and protected if an Ebola incident were to happen in Ohio. This survey is a follow up to the Ebola Preparedness Survey launched in October. It intends to measure the sentiments of nurses several weeks after initial Ebola preparedness efforts began in Ohio through questions that appeared on the original survey, as well as a few additional questions.
