UUCUC Service Changes Feedback 2015

Part of our Strategic Plan calls on us to "explore, experiment, and evaluate new and innovative worship services." We are several weeks into the experimental single service format on Sunday mornings, and the Revisioning Task Force would like your opinion on how it is going.In late April the RTF will ask for your input on some of the new forms or worship we've introduced in recent months. Please take a moment to answer the following questions and to share your experiences with us.
