Thank you for helping us to learn more about breastfeeding in child care centers in Colorado.
DEFINITIONS:
Direct Breastfeeding = infant feeding directly from the mother’s breast
Mother's milk = expressed breast milk
Infant = birth to 12 months of age
Please answer all questions to the best of your ability and knowledge. The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. If you are a Director at a child care center you will be asked some additional questions which will take 5 minutes to complete.
