National guidelines for women with elevated risk for breast cancer include the recommendation for increased surveillance in those women who do not undergo bilateral mastectomy. The purpose of this survey is to better understand the information, support, and resource needs of women undergoing increased surveillance for breast cancer. You will be given the option to join our mailing list at the end of the survey.
This survey is open to women who are:

-are considered high risk for breast cancer due to a family history of cancer or an inherited mutation
-survivors or previvors
-have NOT undergone bilateral mastectomy (women who have undergone unilateral mastectomy qualify for this survey). If you have had both your breasts removed, please do not complete this survey.
