This is our second two minute survey. It aims to find out the type of short break you and your child are looking for.
It follows on from our first survey. We have asked some questions again. This is because we need to match information correctly so we have an overall picture across our surveys.
It will still take less than 2 minutes to complete!
What are short breaks?
‘Short Breaks’ is an umbrella term to describe any leisure activity or provision for your child with special needs, that gives you some time off caring. This could be free or for a small fee. These range from overnight respite, to after-school clubs, to riding or sailing lessons and circus skills training! The range can be as wide as we want it to be so that your family has the best choice.
What will this survey be used for?
We're trying to get the views of as many parents as possible so that we can make sure that what is on offer in Greenwich really reflects what children and their families want. The information obtained from Survey 1 has already been reported back to the Local Authority and was summarised for providers at a recent meeting.
This information will build on the answers given in Survey 1. It will be passed to Children's Services in Greenwich to inform commissioning. Comment Box information will remain anonymous.
